Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will cover all costs for a replacement or refund.
